BRIDGING PROGRAM

Our online Bridging Program has been prepared for green technicians to bring them to professional fluency in German. Technical word-sets and phrases are incorporated into live grammar and vocabulary exercises, enabling quick mastery of the German equivalent for tools, processes and safety regulations.

Structured over six blocks of 72 Learning units, the intensive program is designed to bring engineers, IT specialists, sustainability managers and skilled tradesmen from O knowledge to professional fluency within a year by focusing only on the terms required to get projects done in the workplace.

The program concludes with interview and integration preparation to ensure a smooth start to working in Germany and can be followed by our Extended Bridging service package that connects graduates to accommodation, clubs and companies in Germany via our Green Energy Career Days. Participants in the Bridging Program also pay just €99 (normally €399) for Insight Seminars provided by international experts in the fields newable energy project management, energy reporting and communication, biodiversity protection and more.

EXTENDED BRIDGING

greentech. training charges partnering companies a recruitment fee for each successfully placed candidate from our pool of green technicians and Bridging Program. That means we continue to work hard to ensure you find the right job even in your new country of residence. With this in mind, we offer Extended Bridging to support those who apply for a Jobseekers visa before, during, or after the Bridging Program. This package connects you to our network of trusted accommodation providers in Germany as well as community contacts such as clubs and groups in your interest. We aim to place you in cities where we also have partnering universities offering Green Energy Career Days. At these yearly events, we aim to invite up to five partner companies for a meet and greet with you and local students. This Extended Bridging process is supported by our trusted network of global agents who help with recognition or qualifications and visa application. The fee for Extended Bridging is currently offered at an introductory rate of €1500 in addition to the Bridging Program fee.

IN-PROGRAM SUPPORT

What make us different is that during and even after the Program, we work to connect you to companies. After three months of your enrollment (A1 complete), we introduce you to our green energy network via a personalised Linkedin post outlining your skills and qualifications. After six months (A2 complete) we send your CV to a least 3 partners specifically looking for your skillset on their website with the request for an online interview. After eight months, we try to arrange a group interview with those who have yet to be placed with 2 to 3 HR teams at partners in an informal meet-and-greet webinar. And if you still haven't been placed, we offer to support your move to Germany with Extended Bridging.
